We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated GP with excellent medical skills who wishes to join a growing practice in a modern - purpose built - surgery.
The surgery offers a wide range of services from minor ops to social prescribing and encourages a wide skill mix from clinicians and non-clinicians.
We support all our staff to be the best they can, and to provide personalised care to our patients. You would be expected to carry out the normal duties of a salaried GP. In return we can offer a competitive salary along with other benefits that a supportive environment can offer.
Situated in south Telford, near Ironbridge, Court Street Medical Practice offers personalised care to 7500 patients. We are a welcoming, supportive, inclusive practice where innovation, training and development is pro-actively encouraged.

What we are a looking for is someone to fit into the team, support their colleagues and pull together rather than work in a silo style. Ideally, you will be a team player who does their best work when supported by caring individuals who expect to be treated as an equal. We have a relatively flat management structure and believe in trusting employees to do their job to the best of their ability. We are also supportive of staff through non-work issues where possible and of value. This role is for a person who understands and values that as well as caring passionately about continuity of excellent patient care.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
· Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
· Evidence of annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
· General practice (Vocational Training Scheme) trained
· On/eligible to be on a medical performers list
· Enhanced DBS check
· UK driving license
· Current CPR certificate
· UK work permit (if required)
Experience
· Understanding of the health and social needs of a local practice patient population
· Commitment to personal and professional development
· Commitment to education and training
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent record keeping skills
· Understanding of the current issues and challenges facing primary care
