About the Event
This is an inclusive holistic activity which allows to bring mind back into the body , self-regulate and even heal some misalignments .
Yoga will increase awareness about different patterns and habitual behaviors, some physiological processes within the body for instance how we breath in and out and again will help to coordinate, synchronize and regulate body in a way that aligns with the personal abilities.
Yoga is not about how flexible you are it is not a competition , it is a deep self exploration and a date with yourself.
Mats are provided. Please wear comfortable clothes with freedom to breathe and move and bring a water bottle.
You will need to sign a standard waiver in advance which I will give to you nearer the date.
