About the Event
Dr Bailey asks and discusses a pertinent question - how must we change and adapt as GPs if we are to survive?
Using Darwin’s evolutionary concept of ‘the survival of the fittest’, we will explore together the changing ‘niche’ for GPs and how to navigate this.
The event is 30 minutes presentation followed by discussion. A fabulous opportunity to provide a greater understanding of the way a GPs core qualities and values become their greatest vulnerabilities – and how to begin the process of change.
